The steering wheel (10) comprises a steering wheel rim (11), and further comprises an optical indication assembly (12) arranged on the steering wheel rim (11); the optical indication assembly (12) comprises a controller and a plurality of light emitting units (121); the plurality of light emitting units (121) are controlled by the controller to perform actions independently of each other; the optical indication assembly (12) indicates, by a preset pattern and/or a preset color formed by a combination of actions of the plurality of light emitting units (121), information related to a vehicle or road conditions.
