Abstract:
Provided are a stem cell classification method and apparatus using Raman spectroscopic analysis. A stem cell classification method, according to one embodiment of the present invention, is a method for classifying stem cells by using a Raman spectroscopic inspection module and a classification device, the method comprising the steps of: preparing and pre-processing a specimen containing stem cells; comparing and analyzing Raman spectroscopy spectrum images through Raman spectroscopy; comparing a result of the Raman spectroscopy with a Raman standard average value for evaluating the direction and state of the differentiation of the stem cells; classifying the differentiation and growth types of the stem cells; and quantifying the differentiation and growth types of the stem cells, by including the Raman standard average value.
