Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing stem cell spheres, comprising the following steps: coating a liquid crystal material on the surface of a cell culture vessel, then planting stem cells on the surface of the liquid crystal material, and cultivating and expanding to obtain the stem cell spheres. The liquid crystal material has a flexible chain substitution degree of more than 80%. The liquid crystal material provides an isotropic culture environment around the stem cells, guarantees the symmetric division of the stem cells, and promotes the formation of the stem cell spheres, while adjusting the isotropy of the stem cell spheres to further guarantee the symmetric division of the stem cells, thereby making the prepared stem cell spheres have a higher percentage of stem cells and stably maintaining the function of the stem cells themselves.
