A stencil printing device comprising suction conveyance means (25) in the form of a conveying portion (32) which drives an endless conveyor belt (35) entrained around pulleys (36a, 36b) along the upper surface of a guide plate (34). There are a suction force generating portion (31) in the bottom surface of a case (30) having the guide plate (34) on the upper surface, and a peel suction port (39) in the upper end edge of the case (30), it being arranged that the suction force of the suction force generating portion (31) peels printing paper from the printing cylinder (16) side. The conveyor belt (35) is provided with a vent hole while the guide plate (34) is provided with a conveyance suction port superposed on the vent hole. The peel suction port (39) is in close proximity to a press roller (20) below a reference line (B) which is orthogonal to the centerline (A) of a squeegee roller (17) intersecting the axis (O) of the printing cylinder (16) and which passes through a position where the press roller (20) and the printing cylinder (16) are pressed against each other.
