Abstract:
Provided is Stenotrophomonas maltophilia GYH and an application thereof in degradation of chlorinated hydrocarbon pollutants. In the application, resting cells obtained by expansion culture of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia GYH are added into an inorganic medium having a pH of 5-8, then chlorinated hydrocarbon pollutants are added, and cultivation is carried out at 20-35°C and 140-180 rpm to achieve the degradation of the pollutants. The Stenotrophomonas maltophilia GYH can remove chlorinated hydrocarbon pollutants at a concentration of 2.9-8.93 mg/L.
