Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stent for drug delivery and a manufacturing method therefor, the stent being inserted into a narrowed area in the body in which stenosis symptoms are observed or predicted, so as to prevent stenosis of the narrowed area and allow delivery of a drug. A stent for drug delivery according to one embodiment of the present invention can comprise a stent main body having mechanical strength to prevent stenosis of the narrowed area, and a coating film, which is formed on the surface of the stent main body and carries and releases the drug.
