Abstract:
Provided is a step counting device for a treadmill. The device is applied in a terminal apparatus placed at a treadmill. The device comprises an acceleration sensor (170), a processor (120), and a storage (130). The storage (130) is used to store a software program. The acceleration sensor (170) is used to collect a vibration signal generated when a user is running on a treadmill. The processor (120) is used to execute the software program stored in the storage (130). Specifically, the acceleration sensor (170) is instructed to collect a vibration signal generated when a user is running on a treadmill, and a time-frequency analysis algorithm is adopted to perform analytical processing on the vibration signal so as to determine a count of steps of the user exercising on the treadmill. Also disclosed are a step counting method for a treadmill and a computer readable storage medium.
