Abstract:
Provided is a mat-less step detection unit for a game with improved portability, ease of storage, and detection accuracy. The step detection unit uses a sensor to detect steps in a dance game in a non-contact manner, in which detection information therefrom is delivered over a network so that the dance game can be enjoyed on a smart device or a game console. A step information receiving unit having a rectangular frame structure allows for a step detection game to be played in various forms by means of a structure in which connecting parts on the sides are joined by parts or contact points such as hinges, for example.
