Abstract:
The present invention relates to a punching device, and more particularly, to a step punching device that allows accurate punching, by continuously supplying a product such as a coverlay film, in a roll-to-roll type method while correcting the position of the mold for every punch, without requiring mold replacement when a product expands or a defective product is produced. Accordingly, the present invention is a step punching device comprises: a base material supply unit, which supplies the base material; a punching unit, which punches the base material supplied by the base material supply unit, and which is provided with an upper mold, a lower mold, and a raising and lowering unit that vertically moves the upper mold; and a position correction unit, which moves the punching unit in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the base material is supplied and corrects the position of the punching unit for every punch until one set of punching is completed, and which is connected to the punching unit.
