Abstract:
Disclosed are a stepless counterweight structure and a body-building device having same. The stepless counterweight structure comprises a bracket; a sliding seat installed on the bracket in a vertically moving manner; a driving mechanism comprising a driving member, a screw rod and a nut, wherein the screw rod is vertically arranged and rotatably installed on the bracket, the nut is fixedly arranged on the sliding seat, the nut is in thread fit with the screw rod, and the driving member is used for driving the screw rod to rotate to drive the sliding seat to move up and down. According such a structural form, the stepless adjustment of the sliding seat at any position in the vertical direction can be conveniently realized; the screw rod and the nut have a self-locking property; when the screw rod stops rotating, the nut cannot move, and then the sliding seat cannot move, thereby improving the safety; when such a counterweight structure is applied to the body-building device, the stepless adjustment of the tension of the body-building device is realized conveniently; and such a counterweight structure has a simple form and is convenient to adjust, can effectively reduce the weight of the body-building device and installation and transportation are facilitated.
