A stepper comprising a base (200), a connecting rod (300), two pedals (400), two adjusting mechanisms (500), and two resetting mechanisms (600). The two pedals (400) each comprise: a pedal element (410) and a pedal arm (420). The pedal arms (420) are connected to the corresponding pedal elements (410), and the pedal arms (420) are pivotally arranged at either extremity of the connecting rod (300) to allow the pedal elements (410) to be reciprocatingly lifted and lowered. Each adjusting mechanism (500) comprises a stopping element (510), an adjusting base (520), an eccentric block (550), and an adjusting element (540). The stopping elements (510) are arranged on the corresponding pedal arms (420). The stopping elements (510) are provided with first stopping surfaces (511). The adjusting bases (520) are arranged on the base (200). The eccentric blocks (550) are rotatably and axially arranged on the corresponding adjusting bases (520). The eccentric blocks (550) are provided with second stopping surfaces (551) used for abutting against the first stopping surfaces (511) of the corresponding stopping elements (510). The adjusting elements (540) are movably arranged on the corresponding adjusting bases (520) to limit the rotation angle or arrangement position of the eccentric blocks (550).
