Abstract:
Disclosed is a stepping electric motor (100), comprising a rotor (1) and a plurality of stators (2) arranged around the rotor (1), wherein a cylindrical voice coil (21) and a coil (22) wound around the outer side of the voice coil (21) away from the rotor (1) are arranged in each stator (2). Each voice coil (21) comprises a cylindrical main body (211), wherein the cylindrical main body (211) is provided with two end parts (212) which are arranged opposite each other in the axial direction and a winding post (213) which is arranged at one end part; and the coil (22) comprises a coil main body (221) wound around the cylindrical main body (211) and a wiring terminal (222) wound around the winding post (213), the coil (22) comprises a conductive core and an insulating layer sleeved outside the conductive core, and the insulating layer of the wiring terminal (222) is removed by means of laser irradiation. By means of the means above, the temperature resistance grade of the insulating layer of the coil can be improved, which makes the temperature resistance grade of the whole voice coil higher; and reliability tests such as a blocked rotor test are improved, so that the performance of the electric motor is improved. Furthermore, the damage to the winding post caused by a traditional process is avoided, such that the processing efficiency is improved.
