Abstract:
A stereo multi-head splicing dynamic inclined scanning 3D printing method, mainly applying multi-head laser engine arrays, multiple laser engine arrays synchronously print to effectively improve the printing capacity; graph decomposition and multi-head splicing mode exposure decompose a graph to be printed into Nx×Ny parts according to the number Nx, Ny of laser engines, and each part to be printed is assigned to an engine at a designated position for area synchronous printing of the complete graph. The method does not limit the length, width and height of a 3D graph and the internal detail level of the graph theoretically, the printing speed will not be affected by the length and width of a workpiece to be printed, and compared with traditional 3D printing capacity, the method has a 3D printing speed which is multiple times faster than that of traditional 3D printing, and belongs to a parallel high-speed dynamic scanning 3D printing technology.
