Abstract:
A stereolithographic resin composition which contains 5 to 65 vol.% fine aluminum oxide particles having an average particle diameter of 3 to 70 $g(m)m and 5 to 30 vol.% whiskers having diameters of 0.3 to 1 $g(m)m, lengths of 10 to 70 $g(m)m, and aspect ratios of 10 to 100 and wherein the content of the sum of the fine aluminum oxide particles and the whiskers is 10 to 70 vol.%. The composition can provide high-quality stereolithographic articles having high heat distortion temperature, high modulus in flexure, high heat resistance and high rigidity and a low coefficient of linear thermal expansion, and being freed from dimensional change with changing temperature, while keeping a high accuracy.
