Abstract:
Disclosed are a stereoscopic drug pressing device and a method for using same. The stereoscopic drug pressing device comprises: a pressing and grinding cover (1) and a pressing and grinding support cylinder (2), wherein the pressing and grinding cover (1) at least comprises an annular side wall, a separating platform (11) is provided in the annular side wall, and a first face of the separating platform (11) forms a first pressing and grinding face (12); and the pressing and grinding support cylinder (2) at least comprises a support platform, a cylindrical boss (21) protruding from the support platform to a first side, and an annular outer wall (24) surrounding the cylindrical boss (21). The end face of the cylindrical boss (21) forms a second pressing and grinding face (22), and the second pressing and grinding face (22) encircles a pressing and grinding space (28) with the annular outer wall (24); the annular side wall of the pressing and grinding cover (1) enters the pressing and grinding space (28) from a first side of the pressing and grinding support cylinder (2), and the first pressing and grinding face (12) matches the second pressing and grinding face (22) to form a first pair of pressing and grinding faces; and an inner wall of the annular side wall of the pressing and grinding cover (1) matches a side wall of the cylindrical boss (21) of the pressing and grinding support cylinder (2) to form a second pair of pressing and grinding faces, and the first pair of pressing and grinding faces is in communication with the second pair of pressing and grinding faces. The stereoscopic drug pressing device saves on time and labor during the drug pressing process, and same can also adjust the degree of finishing of a drug powder.
