Abstract:
A stereoscopic electronic circuit device (100) is configured such that a substrate module unit configured to have a substrate module laminated with a first resin sheet having electronic parts (190) buried therein is fitted in a casing (150) equipped with a connection terminal (120), a control circuit (130) and a first wiring pattern (140). This stereoscopic electronic circuit device (100) eliminates the mother board. The substrate module is thinned so that the substrate module unit having many substrate modules laminated can be mounted in a limited mounting space thereby to realize an increase in the storage capacity and a rise in the function.
