Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a stereoscopic photo-curing three-dimensional forming machine, comprising a rack provided with a movable platform assembly thereon. The end surface of the platform assembly is provided with an imaging assembly, and a forming container for containing liquid photosensitive resin is arranged above the imaging assembly. A bearing table is arranged in the forming container and is driven by a driving mechanism to vertically move in the forming container. The image rays emitted from the imaging assembly are irradiated to the bearing table through the bottom of the forming container, and the liquid photosensitive resin positioned between the bottom of the forming container and the bearing table is subjected to curing molding by image ray irradiation. According the present invention, the contradiction between the forming precision and the forming size of the traditional photo-curing molding machine can be solved, the imaging assembly can locally move by the movable platform assembly. In the same time, the complete section image on the same level is divided into multiple parts, the pixel of the imaging assembly is effectively utilized and the resolution ratio is improved by the sensitization curing of multiple parts, so as to improve the molding precision.
