Abstract:
A stereoscopic sorting station. The sorting station comprises a multi-layer rack (1), a track sorting device (2), a lifting machine (3), and a control device. A carrying platform (31) can be lifted and lowered vertically. A conveying and sorting vehicle (22) has a first position (22a) and a second position (22b). The conveying and sorting vehicle (22) comprises a first-layer trolley (22-1) and a second-layer trolley (22-2). At the first position (22a), articles (5) can be transported between the first-layer trolley (22-1) and the carrying platform (31), and containers can be transported between the second-layer trolley (22-2) and the carrying platform (31). At the second position (22b), the articles (5) can be transported between the first-layer trolley (22-1) and a goods compartment (141), and the containers can be transported between the second-layer trolley (22-2) and the goods compartment (141). The sorting method makes full use of space in a vertical direction, such that a super-large number of product orders can be sorted and processed in the smallest plane space. The order fulfillment method can maximize access efficiency, sorting efficiency, and ex-warehousing efficiency by means of ingenious cooperation between the lifting machine (3) and the conveying and sorting vehicle (22) that is optimally designed.
