Abstract:
A stereoscopic video imaging device provided with a first imaging unit (101), a second imaging unit (111), an imaging-parameter determination unit (11a) that determines imaging parameters, and an imaging control unit (11b) that controls the setting of the imaging parameters and the taking of 3D video. After the imaging control unit (11b) takes first video using prescribed imaging parameters, the imaging-parameter determination unit (11a) identifies a first period during which the maximum parallax amount in the first video falls outside a prescribed range and determines first corrective parameters that make the maximum parallax amount in the first video during said first period fall within the prescribed range. When taking second video after the first video, the imaging control unit (11b) has said second video taken using the first corrective parameters during a second period that corresponds, in the second video, to the first period.
