Abstract:

To shorten the downtime in a beverage filling task while heightening the cleaning and bactericidal effect of a sterile filling device. A variety of stations are provided in the stated order from the upstream side to the downstream side along the flow of preforms or containers caused by the rotation of individual wheels in a wheel row, and the variety of stations are covered with a chamber, thereby constituting part of a sterile filling device. The rotation of the wheels inside the contents filing station is stopped and CIP is performed for the contents filling station. Immediately after the CIP is completed, COP or SOP is performed on the contents filling station while the wheels inside the contents filing station are caused to rotate. Immediately after the COP or SOP is completed, SIP is performed on the contents filling station while rotation of the wheels inside the contents filing station is stopped. COP and/or SOP are/is performed in a specific sequence for the other stations while the wheels inside the other stations are caused to rotate between starting of the CIP and completion of the SIP.
