Abstract:
The sterilization method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: loading, into a vacuum vessel, a vacuum wrapper comprising an impermeable film, and having an object to be treated and a sterilant accommodated therein and then being sealed; exhausting the vacuum vessel to a first pressure; exhausting the sterilant from the vacuum wrapper; and venting the vacuum vessel to an atmospheric pressure.
