| Claims [1] A sterilization and drier device for the bedclothes and clothes characterized in that the device comprises: an upper case connected with an lower case by hinges to be rotatively opened and closed; an entrance for insertion and an exit for emission of the bedclothes and clothes, having a brush curtain for preventing dusts from outflow, being installed in the upper case; transferring parts that have a upper transferring part installed in the upper case and a lower transferring in the lower case respectively, each transferring part have, for emitting hot wind and sucking dusts, a hot wind pipe and a suction pipe that are connected by a belt with big wings and small wings alternatively repeated; sterilization lamps being installed in the upper case and the lower case respectively, for sterilizing the bedclothes and clothes transferred by the transferring parts; a solenoid with a beating bar on a shaft, being installed on a fixed bracket on the lower case, for shaking off dusts through beating the transferred bedclothes and clothes; a buffer parts for making the upper transferring part moved up and down by thickness of the bedclothes and clothes, having a fixing pin that have springs inserted guide bars, and a movable bracket that is fixed at the hot wind pipe and the suction pipe in the upper transferring part, wherein each of the guide bars is inserted through an extended hole of an upper bent piece and a hole of lower bent piece of the movable bracket respectively, and wherein screws formed at the end of the guide bars are connected with nuts; a driving part for rotating the transferring parts through a motor and a reduction gear from one side of the transferring parts, for emitting hot wind through the hot wind pipe connected with a hot wind generator, and for sucking dusts through the suction pipe connected with a vacuum generator having dust collecting bags; and a controller part for controlling operations of the driving part, the sterilization lamps and the solenoid. [2] The sterilization and drier device for the bedclothes and clothes according to claim 1, characterized in that the transferring parts that are installed insides of the upper case and the lower case, has belt grooves on the hot wind pipe and the suction pipe respectively, a plurality of hot wind holes and a plurality of suction holes on the outer cylindrical surfaces of the hot wind pipe, the suction pipe and the belt grooves, and belts that each has repeated alternative big wings and small wings being installed on each of the belt grooves, wherein the rotation of the motor through the reduction gear is coupled to the hot wind pipe of the lower transferring part in the lower case, so that the upper and lower transferring part rotate by friction, causing emission of the hot wind from the hot wind holes, and suction of the dusts to the suction holes. [3] The sterilization and drier device for the bedclothes and clothes according to claim 1, characterized in that the belt with alternatively repeated big wings and small wings has an endless track structure made by a strip of a predetermined length having free ends, wherein both of the free ends connected by a coupling part with bolt and nut connection which results in the endless track structure. [4] The sterilization and drier device for the bedclothes and clothes according to claim 1, characterized in that sucking disks are attached under the outer bottom surface of the lower case so that the sterilization and drier device can be stable during its operation. [5] The sterilization and drier device for the bedclothes and clothes according to claim 1, characterized in that foldable legs are attached under the outer bottom surface of the lower case so that the sterilization and drier device can be leveled up or down to a suitable height for a user. |
STERILIZATION AND DRIER DEVICE FOR THE BEDCLOTHES AND CLOTHES
Technical Field
[1] The present invention generally relates a sterilization and drier device which simultaneously and automatically dries moisture in the bedclothes and clothes, eliminates ticks from the bedclothes and clothes, sterilizes bacteria on the bedclothes and clothes. In particular, the device sterilizes and dries the bedclothes and clothes without laundry, simultaneously shakes off dusts from the bedclothes and clothes which we use not only at home and business shop but also at organization, such as army camp. [2] In general, we use proper bedclothes such as mattress, quilt, sheet, blanket, and/or so on, for all seasons in sleeping. We often dry the bedclothes, eliminate dusts, ticks and/ or molds because the bedclothes get clammy with user's sweat or moisture in the air.
[3] However, drying the bedclothes by sunbathing has some trouble such that we can dry the bedclothes only on sunny day and it takes relatively long time, and the bedclothes should be beaten with a club for shaking off dusts and ticks from it.
[4] In particular, foregoing sunbathing method is effective only on a long sunny day.
Therefore we have difficulty in drying humid bedclothes in the winter of dull sunshine or in the rainy season.
[5] Also we have another problem that dusts and ticks come into clothes and the respiratory organs of person who beat the bedclothes under sunbathing to shake off dusts and ticks from it.
[6] In spite of foregoing some trouble, sterilization and drying of bedclothes are necessary for our daily life. Imperfect sterilization and drying would make a good humidity environment for harmful bacteria. The harmful bacteria from ticks and molds would make an outbreak of skin disease and allergy.
[7] Therefore we have need of a sterilization and drier device which we can use in doors with convenience without the influence of all seasons and strength of the sunshine. Such device must be applicable not only to bedclothes but also to clothes which we have had the custody of for a long time after laundry. Disclosure of Invention

[8] The invention has an object that provides the sterilization and drier device of the bedclothes and clothes which has the bedclothes and clothes transferred between an upper transferring part and a lower transferring part, wherein each transferring part has a hot wind pipe and a suction pipe connected by belts, so that the bedclothes and clothes could be dried and sterilized, and at the same time the bedclothes and clothes being shaken off dusts from it, within short time, without manual beating, and without regard to outdoor environments such as whether or season, enhancing hygienic level of everyday life. [9] Such object of the present invention can be achieved by the sterilization and drier device for the bedclothes and clothes characterized in that the device comprises: an upper case connected with an lower case by hinges to be rotatively opened and closed; an entrance for insertion and an exit for emission of the bedclothes and clothes, having a brush curtain for preventing dusts from outflow, being installed in the upper case; transferring parts that have a upper transferring part installed in the upper case and a lower transferring in the lower case respectively, each transferring part have, for emitting hot wind and sucking dusts, a hot wind pipe and a suction pipe that are connected by a belt with big wings and small wings alternatively repeated; sterilization lamps being installed in the upper case and the lower case respectively, for sterilizing the bedclothes and clothes transferred by the transferring parts; a solenoid with a beating bar on a shaft, being installed on a fixed bracket on the lower case, for shaking off dusts through beating the transferred bedclothes and clothes; a buffer parts for making the upper transferring part moved up and down by thickness of the bedclothes and clothes, having a fixing pin that have springs inserted guide bars, and a movable bracket that is fixed at the hot wind pipe and the suction pipe in the upper transferring part, wherein each of the guide bars is inserted through an extended hole of an upper bent piece and a hole of lower bent piece of the movable bracket respectively, and wherein screws formed at the end of the guide bars are connected with nuts; a driving part for rotating the transferring parts through a motor and a reduction gear from one side of the transferring parts, for emitting hot wind through the hot wind pipe connected with a hot wind generator, and for sucking dusts through the suction pipe connected with a vacuum generator having dust collecting bags; and a controller part for controlling operations of the driving part, the sterilization lamps and the solenoid.

[10] The invention provides the sterilization and drier device of the bedclothes and clothes which has the bedclothes and clothes transferred between an upper transferring part and a lower transferring part, wherein each transferring part has a hot wind pipe and a suction pipe connected by belts, which has advantageous effects that bedclothes and clothes could be dried and sterilized, and at the same time the bedclothes and clothes being shaken off dusts from it, within short time, without manual beating, and without regard to outdoor environments such as whether or season, enhancing hygienic level of everyday life.

Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention
[54] Now, a detailed description with attached drawings for the desirable examples of the present invention is as follows.
[55] The sterilization and drier device 100 for humid bedclothes and clothes 500 is composed of an upper case 110 and a lower case 120. The upper case 110 is connected with the lower case 120 by hinges 101 for opening and shutting of the upper case 110.
[56] An entrance for inserting the bedclothes and clothes 500 is formed at the front of the upper case 110. And an exit 113 for ejecting the bedclothes and clothes 500 is formed at the back of the upper case 110. Each of the entrance 111 and the exit 113 have a brush curtain 112 for preventing outflow of dusts being caused by the bedclothes and clothes 500 inside of the sterilization and drier device 100.
[57] Each of the upper case 110 and the lower case 120 have a transferring part 300 which is comprised by a hot wind pipe 310 that emits hot wind, a suction pipe 320 that sucks dusts off the bedclothes and clothes 500, and belts 330 with alternatively repeated big wings 331 and small wings 332 that connects the hot wind pipe 310 and the suction pipe 320 and that simultaneously rotates the hot wind pipe 310 and the suction pipe 320.
[58] Each of the transferring part 300 has belt grooves 313, 323 on the hot wind pipe 310 and the suction pipe 320 respectively. The outer cylindrical surfaces of the hot wind pipe 310, the suction pipe 320, and the belt grooves 313, 323 have a plurality of hot wind holes 311, 312 and a plurality of suction holes 321, 322. A belt 330 with alternatively repeated big wings 331 and small wings 332 mounted on each of the belt grooves 313, 323. Each of the transferring part 300 is mounted insides of the upper case 110 and the lower case 120, respectively.
[59] The rotation of a motor 210 is coupled via a reduction gear 211 to the hot wind pipe
310 of the lower transferring part 300 in the lower case 120, so that the hot wind may be emitted from the hot wind holes 311, 312, and the suction holes 321, 322 may suck dusts, as the upper transferring part 300 and the lower transferring part 300 simultaneously rotate with friction.
[60] The upper case 110 and the lower case 120 have sterilization lamps 130, 131 which may sterilize the bedclothes and clothes 500 being transferred by the transferring parts 300. A solenoid 140 are installed in the lower case 120 on a fixed brackets 143. A beating bars 142 installed on the shaft 141 of the solenoid 140, may shake off dusts, ticks and molds from the bedclothes and clothes 500 by continuous beating the bedclothes and clothes 500.
[61] The upper transferring part 300 in the upper case 110 have buffer parts 400 at both ends of it so that the upper transferring part 300 may press the bedclothes and clothes 500 toward below, as moving up and down by thickness of the bedclothes and clothes 500. The buffer parts 400 is comprised by fixing pin(410) with guide bars 411, springs 420 inserted around the guide bars 411, and a movable bracket 430 fixed on the hot wind pipe 310 and the suction pipe 320 of the upper transferring part 300 in the upper case 300. The movable bracket 430 has a upper bent piece 431 and a lower bent piece 433. The upper bent piece 431 has extended holes 432 and the lower bent piece 433 has holes 434. The guide bars 411 are inserted into the extended holes 432 and in turn the holes 434. And then a nut 440 is screwed up to a screw 412 formed in free end of each guide bar 411 so that the hot wind pipe 310 and the suction pipe 320 may be movable up and down with the movable bracket 430.
[62] The sterilization and drier device 100 has a driving part 200 installed in one side of the upper and lower cases 110 and 120 for driving the device 100. The driving part 200 is comprised by a motor 210 and a reduction gear 211 connected with the hot wind pipe 310 for rotating the hot wind pipe 310 so that all of the transferring parts 300 may be rotated. Each of the hot wind pipes 310 is connected with each of hot wind generators 220, 230 via connecting pipes 221 or 231 for emitting hot wind at the hot wind holes 311 and 312. And each of the suction pipe 320 is connected with each of vacuum generators 240 or 250 via connecting pipes 241 or 251 for sucking dust at the suction holes 321 and 322.
[63] In preferred embodiments of the invention, the hot wind generators 220, 230 may employ a conventional structure which generates heat by electro-heating element and then blows generated hot wind by a fan. And the vacuum generators 240, 250 may have a vacuum cleaner mechanism wherein outer air may be sucked and then dusts in the sucked air may be filtered into dust collecting bags 242, 252.
[64] Such operations of the driving part 200, the sterilization lamps 130, 131 and the solenoid 140 may be controlled by controller part 103 that may be installed in the upper case 110, for the temperature and flow intensity of hot wind, the beating power, and the transferring speed of the bedclothes and clothes 500, etc. Mode for the Invention
[65] To sterilize and dry bedclothes and clothes 500 with the present invention, user may take and full a handle 115 installed at a recess groove 114 of the upper case 110 to lift up the upper case 110. And then end part of the bedclothes and clothes 500 may be inserted into the space between the hot wind pipes 310 of the upper and lower transferring parts 300. Then the upper case 110 may be put down so that the end part of the bedclothes and clothes 500 may be fitted at the space between the hot wind pipes 310.
[66] The handle 115 would be received into the recess groove 114 if user release the handle 115 when the upper case 110 had been put down. If the end part of the bedclothes and clothes 500 is broader than the width of the entrance 111 of the upper case 110, then the bedclothes and clothes 500 could be 2- or 3-folded to be inserted. After the insertion had done, the controller part 103 may begin to operate the sterilization and drier device 100.
[67] Once the operation of the sterilization and drier device 100 had begun, hot wind from the hot wind generators 220, 230 is emitted into the hot wind holes 311, 312 of the hot wind pipe 310, and simultaneously the air in the sterilization and drier device 100 is sucked into the suction holes 321, 322 of the suction pipe 320 by the vacuum generators 240, 250, as well as the sterilization lamps 130, 131 installed in the upper case 110 and the lower case 120 are energized to light.
[68] After 5 - 10 seconds of time have passed since the beginning of such operation, the motor 210 operates to rotate the hot wind pipe 310 in the lower transferring part 300 via the reduction gear 211 and the connecting pipe 221. Then the suction pipe 320 directly connected to the hot wind pipe 310 with belts 330 rotates according to the rotation of the hot wind pipe 310. Simultaneously, the upper transferring part 300 that is indirectly close contact with the lower transferring part 300 via bedclothes and clothes 500 also rotates according to the rotation of the lower transferring part 300. As a result, bedclothes and clothes 500 moves from the entrance 111 to the exit 113.
[69] As such, the operation of the transferring part 300 begins 5 - 10 seconds after the sterilization and drier device 100 has operated. Due to this delayed start of the operation of the transferring parts 300, enough time for sterilizing and drying the end part of bedclothes and clothes 500 may be guaranteed. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the solenoids 140 may begin to operate at the same time with the beginning of operation of the transferring parts 300 for shaking off dusts by beating bedclothes and clothes 500.
[70] The transferring of bedclothes and clothes 500 may be guaranteed by the buffer parts
400 installed on both ends of the upper transferring part 300, wherein the movable bracket 430 that is fixed on the hot wind pipe 310 and the suction pipe 320 may move up by the thickness of bedclothes and clothes 500 resulting in compression of the spring 420. The movable bracket(430) may move up and down according to the variation of the thickness of bedclothes and clothes 500 under the elastic pressure of the spring 420. As a result the buffer parts 400 can make the bedclothes and clothes 500 to be rubbed against and between the upper and the lower transferring parts 300 with constant pressure.
[71] During such transferring of the bedclothes and clothes 500, sterilizing by the sterilization lamps 130, 131 and drying by hot wind may be constantly continued. Simultaneously dusts, ticks and molds may be shaken off from the bedclothes and clothes 500 by the beating bar 142 on the shaft 141 of the solenoid 140, wherein beating bar 142 with the shaft 141 moves up and down repeatedly to beat the lower part of the bedclothes and clothes 500. These dusts, ticks and molds shaken off from the bedclothes and clothes 500, may be sucked into the suction holes 321, 322, then flowed into the suction pipe 320, and finally collected into the dust collecting bags 242, 252.
[72] The temperature of hot wind may be controlled in the multi-level range of 8O 0 C ~
15O 0 C according to thickness, materials, or so on of the bedclothes and clothes 500. Likewise, the transferring speed and the beating power of the solenoid 140 may be controlled in the multi-level range according to thickness, materials, or so on of the bedclothes and clothes 500. In these ways, it may be guaranteed that damages of the bedclothes and clothes 500 may be prevented, that soft and moistureless laundries of the bedclothes and clothes 500 may be easily achieved, that dusts etc. may be efficiently shaken off, and simultaneously that elimination of dusts and harmful bacteria may be efficiently sterilized by the sterilization lamps 130, 131.
[73] Especially, in the sterilization and drier device 100 according to the present invention, the brush curtains 112 at the entrance 111 and the exit 113 of the upper easel 10, may firstly prevent dusts and harmful bacteria which had been shaken off through the beating bars 142 from the bedclothes and clothes 500 from outflowing. If the proportion of volume of hot wind emitted out to that of air sucked in is set as to about 7 to 10 so that the amount of air sucked in the sterilization and drier device 100 is larger than the amount of hot wind emitted out of the sterilization and drier device 100, then the net amount of sucked in air from outside to inside of the sterilization and drier device 100 could be positive, which can secondly prevent dusts and harmful bacteria originated from the sterilization and drier device 100 from outflowing.
[74] Also, according to the present invention, alternatively repeated big wings 331 and small wings 332 are attached to both sides of the belt 330 that is connecting the hot wind pipe 310 and the suction pipe 320. The big wings 331 and the small wings 332 may effectively cover neighboring area of the belt grooves 313, 323. In this way, it may be prevented that the bedclothes and clothes 500 sucks into the suction holes 321, 322 when dusts are sucking into the suction holes 321, 322 of the suction pipe 320.
[75] The sterilization and drier device 100 may stop all operation of the sterilizing and drying process mentioned above, when the apposite end part of the bedclothes and clothes 500 have been transferred to the exit 113. The device 100 may be ready for sterilization and drying of another bedclothes and clothes 500. And the dusts that are sucked from the inside of the sterilization and drier device 100 into the dust collecting bags 242, 252 may be dumped. For dumping the collected dusts or etc., user may pull out the dust collecting bags 242, 252 by rotating the dust collecting bags 242, 252 so as to disjoin each of hitching projections 253 from each of hitching groove 102. After dumping, the emptied dust collecting bags 242, 252 may returned to its original position by joining the hitching projections 253 of the dust collecting bags 242, 252 to the hitching groove 102 of the upper case or the lower case.
[76] According to an embodiment of the invention, the belt 330 that connects the hot wind pipe 310 with the suction pipe 320 of the transferring part 300, may be constructed as shown in Fig.16 to Fig.18, wherein the belt 330 can be disjoined or joined.
[77] Namely, the belt(330') with alternatively repeated big wings(331') and small wings(332') has an endless track structure made by a strip of a predetermined length having free ends. At a free end of the strip, coupling part 335 with nut 334 may be insert-molded, while a bolt 333 may be insert-molded at the other free end of the strip. In this case, the insert-molded bolt 333 at the other free end may be connected to the insert-molded nut 334 of the coupling part 335 so as to form the endless track structure type belt 330'. [78] For this embodiment, as the belt 330' may be disjoined and joined by the bolt 333 and the nut 334, the belts 330' can be easily repaired when belts 330, 330' had been broken.
[79] Although the sterilization and drier device 100 of the present invention can be used as the bottom of the lower case 120 contacts directly with the ground, according to an another embodiment of the invention as shown in Fig.19, the device 100 may further comprise sucking disks 104 that may attach on the outer bottom of the lower case 120. According to this embodiment, the sterilization and drier device 100 may be stable without shaking or moving when the sterilizing and drying process carry on, since the sterilization and drier device 100 may be fixed tightly on the ground by the sucking disks.
[80] According to an another embodiment of the invention as shown in Fig.20, the device
100 may further comprise foldable legs 105 that may attach on the outer bottom of the lower case 120. According to this embodiment, it is convenient for worker who is sterilizing and drying using the devide since he or she may stand or sit on a chair. Industrial Applicability
[81] The present inventive sterilization and drier device of the bedclothes and clothes is able to be utilized in sterilization and drying immediately so that the sterilization and drier device can be used for sterilizing and drying for sanitary condition of the bedclothes and clothes not only indoors without influences of all seasons and the weather, bus also at anywhere such as home, inn, fomentation room, boardinghouse and/or army camp.
