Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sterilization method of a seasoning sauce, comprising a sterilization step at an ultra-high pressure. The sterilization method of a seasoning sauce according to one embodiment has an advantage of improving taste and flavor, as well as having an excellent sterilization effect for the seasoning sauce compared to a conventional heat sterilization method.
