Title:
STEROID COMPOUND, AND MEDICINE COMPRISING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/057957
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are: a novel steroid compound useful for a diagnostic medicine; and a medicine comprising the steroid compound. A steroid compound represented by formula (1) (wherein R1 represents a hydroxy group, a sulfonyloxy-type protected hydroxy group, a halogen atom, a radioactive isotope, or a group containing a radioactive isotope; R2 and R3 may be the same as or different from each other and independently represent a hydrogen atom or a protective group for a hydroxy group; and n represents an integer of 0 to 3 or 5); and a medicine comprising the steroid compound.
