Abstract:
A steroid compound and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The structural formula of the steroid compound is as shown in formula I', wherein R is dimethylamino or methylamino. The eye drops using a compound (SZY1906-P22) with R being dimethylamino as an active ingredient can reduce the lens turbidity of the New Zealand rabbit of spontaneous senile cataract.
