Abstract:
Disclosed is a still water processing method such that the still water processing allows easy and reliable prevention of movement, i.e., penetration, of water into circuit substrates, etc. One end of a cable core (41) is exposed from an insulating sheath (42); an exposed portion (A), which is exposed from the insulating sheath (42) wherein the insulating sheath (42) is separated from the cable core (41), is formed at an arbitrary location between one end of the cable core (41) and the other end thereof; and the cable core (41) is filled with a still water agent (48) from the exposed portion (A) toward the other end of the cable core (41).
