Abstract:
A Stirling engine employing a regenerative heater, an annular gapped cooler, and a linearly driven displacer piston, comprising the annular cooler (1), the regenerative heater (2), the displacer piston (17), a linear drive system (3), an air pressure transducer (4), and a controller (5). The regenerative heater (2) heats a refrigerant gas. The annular cooler (1) cools the refrigerant gas. The linear drive system (3) controls the displacer piston (17) into making reciprocal movements. The air pressure transducer (4) converts changing refrigerant pressure differences into a required form of energy. The controller (5) controls the linear drive system (3) and other parts. The regenerative heater (2) comprises a heating component (10) and a regenerator body (11). The regenerator body (11) has arranged therein a temperature sensor (12). The Stirlin engine has a high thermal efficiency, great cooling effects, and is capable of implementing precision control of engine output power.
