Abstract:
A stirrer for preparing a multi-scale flax fiber and polylactic acid fiber composite filtering material. The stirrer comprises round carrier plates (1), column holes (2), L-shaped rods (3), a round cover (4), an electric push rod (5), a servo electric motor (6), a controller (7), connection plates (8), a transmission rod (9), a square opening barrel (10), a bearing (11), a round block (12), a stirring plate (13), square opening grooves (14), studs (15), arc-shaped grooves (16) and arc-shaped blocks (17). The stirrer has a rational structure, which can make two connected L-shaped rods (3) and a connected part thereof move up and down, and make the square opening barrel (10) move up and down along a square rod structure on the transmission rod (9), so as to realize the functions of up and down floating and stirring, and improve the stirring effect. By means of making the stirring plate (13) be at a required angle and fastening, in the square opening groove (14), the studs (15) of end faces of the stirring plate (13) by means of fastening nuts, the effect of adjusting an inclination angle of the stirring plate (13) is achieved, thereby facilitating the adjustment of a fluid flow state, and by means of closely attaching the arc-shaped blocks (17) in the corresponding arc-shaped grooves (16), the stability of the connection of the stirring plate can be enhanced.
