Abstract:

Provided are a stirring member, stirring device using that stirring member, specifically a stirring device preferable for use as a device for manufacturing tofu, and a technique for obtaining tofu with excellent flavor using the stirring member and stirring device, with which, when mixing and stirring a solution, it is possible to achieve a stirred state that can make for uniform dispersion by causing shearing force to act on the solution without making cavitation arise.
