The present invention relates to the field of stirring mills. Disclosed are a stirring mill with a cylinder having a material-distributing function, and closed-circuit and open-circuit grinding systems. According to the stirring mill with a cylinder body having a material-distributing function, and the closed-circuit and open-circuit grinding systems provided by the present invention, the working area and working efficiency of a material separation device can be effectively improved; the structure is compact and the occupied area is small; a separation stirring unit directly acting on the separation device is provided, so that material does not condense into blocks and block separation through holes; and the speed of the material flowing through the separation device may be adjusted according to process requirements, so as to precisely control a material grinding time. Compared with a traditional ball mill, the present invention has a higher energy input density, and a higher energy-saving effect is achieved, such that energy-savings of at least 50% may be achieved.
