Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a stirring system which, when a cylindrical rotating body rotates in a cylindrical internal space, is capable of detecting, on the spot, the state of a fluid stirred in a gap space that is between the outer circumferential surface of the rotating body and the inner circumferential surface of the internal space. The stirring system comprises: a container 1 that has a cylindrical internal space 11 therein; a cylindrical rotating body 2 that is disposed in the internal space 11 such that a gap space 3 is formed between the outer circumferential surface of the internal space 11 and the inner circumferential surface of the internal space 11, and that rotates with respect to the internal space 11; and a measurement device 8 that measures the impedance of a fluid in the gap space 3.
