Abstract:
Provided are a stock shelf management method and device. The method comprises: controlling a conveying tool to convey a first stock shelf to a workbench in a warehouse, the first stock shelf being a stock shelf in the warehouse; if the first stock shelf belongs to frequently moved stock shelves controlling the conveying tool to convey the first stock shelf to a first storage position in the warehouse, the frequently moved stock shelves being a preset number of stock shelves most frequently moved for removal of stocks therefrom; and if the first stock shelf belongs to less frequently moved stock shelves, controlling the conveying tool to convey the first stock shelf to a second storage position in the warehouse, the less frequently moved stock shelves being stock shelves other than the frequently moved stock shelves in the warehouse, a distance between the first storage position and the workbench being less than a distance between the second storage position and the workbench. The method and device can improve stock removal efficiency.
