While a loading machine (1), a transporting machine (2), and a control station that manages the movement of those are operating, a stop-position determination device (1000) for the transporting machine (2) is provided with: an inclined-surface range calculating section (200); a transporting-machine range calculating section (300); an interference determination section (400); a display device (500); a transporting-machine specification acquisition section (600); and a loading-machine range calculating section (700). The transporting-machine specification acquisition section (600) acquires the specifications of the transporting machine (2). The inclined-surface range calculating section (200) calculates an inclination surface range (18) with which the inclination surface of the transporting machine (2) interferes. The loading-machine range calculating section (700) calculates the loading machine range (712) occupied by the loading machine (1). The interference determination section (400) determines whether the transporting machine (2) can be safely stopped without interfering with the inclination surface (6) or the loading machine (1).
