Abstract:
A stoping method for an oxygen-free working surface of a highly gaseous mine, comprising: aiming at a first coal seam of the highly gaseous mine which is not disturbed and a working surface (1) of which roof fissure of the coal seam is not communicated with the ground; providing flexible closed walls (6) respectively in an air inlet gateroad (2) and a transporting gateroad (3); providing a nitrogen production system (7) and an air conditioning unit (8) respectively on the flexible closed walls (6) of corresponding gateroads to form an oxygen-free working environment; providing a gas and temperature monitoring and controlling system (9) in a stoping space to monitor the content and the temperature of gas in real time; when the oxygen concentration in the stoping space is lower than 5%, starting a stoping operation, moving the flexible closed walls (6) along with the advancing of the working surface (1), and continuing the stoping to a stoping stop line; when the oxygen concentration reaches or exceeds 8%, switching off a power supply automatically, and stopping the production operation; and when the temperature in the stoping space exceeds 26 °C, executing a strong cooling measure to reduce the temperature of the working environment to 15-20 °C. Said stoping method effectively prevents gas accidents, realizes safe mining on the working surface, and is easy to operate and implement.
