Abstract:
A storage apparatus according to the present invention is provided with: a plurality of first wiring lines that include a plurality of first selection lines and a plurality of second selection lines and that extend in a first direction; a plurality of second wiring lines that include a plurality of third selection lines and a plurality of fourth selection lines and that extend in a second direction; a first storage unit that has a plurality of first memory cells; a first selection line driving unit that applies a first voltage, of first and second selection voltages, to one or more of the first selection lines, and applies a second voltage, which is the different one from the first voltage of the first and second selection voltages, to one or more of the second selection lines; and a second selection line driving unit that applies a third voltage, of the first and second selection voltages, to one or more of the third selection lines, and applies a fourth voltage, which is the different one from the third voltage of the first and second selection voltages, to one or more of the fourth selection lines.
