A storage apparatus comprising a cooling means (12) capable of cooling an object (11) of interest, a refrigerator room (13) in which the object (11) is to be accommodated, and a micro-wave generating means (14) capable of generating a micro-wave and applying the micro-wave to the object (11), wherein the object (11) can be supercooled upon the application of the micro-wave to the object (11).
