Abstract:
A storage array (1), and a storage chip and method for storing logical relationship of objects. The storage array (1) comprises: first outgoing lines (L0-Ln) and second outgoing lines (C0-Cn), wherein a storage unit (11) is respectively connected between each first outgoing line (L0-Ln) and each second outgoing line (C0-Cn) that have different numbers, and a controllable switch (M) is respectively connected between each first outgoing line (L0-Ln) and each second outgoing line (C0-Cn) that have the same number. The storage chip comprises: an interface module (2); a control module (3) for generating a control signal; a driving module (4) for generating write current, erase current or read current; a first decoder (5) for gating the first outgoing lines (L0-Ln) and a second decoder (6) for gating the second outgoing lines (C0-Cn); and the storage array (1) for storing a logical relationship value. The storage method comprises write and read operations. The storage of a logical relationship among objects is implemented by means of the novel storage array (1). In addition, during reading, transfer is performed between outgoing lines having the same number by means of a controllable switch (M), the result is converted into a condition, and indirect relationship factors are synthesized on this basis. Therefore, the present invention can be applied to brain-like intelligent application scenarios and improve the amount of information in the storage array (1).
