Abstract:
Provided is a storage battery control device enabling a variety of operations of a DC power transmission system and also provided is the DC power transmission system. A control device 41 for a storage battery 31 is annexed to a DC power transmission system equipped with a DC power transmission line 1 and a plurality of AC/DC converters 11-14 connected to the DC power transmission line 1, wherein the storage battery 31 is connected to the DC power transmission line 1 and the control device 41 is provided with: a comparison/determination unit 41a for comparing the DC voltage of the DC power transmission line 1 with a preset dead zone 411 and determining the comparison; and a control unit 41b for generating a command to the storage battery 31 on the basis of the result of the comparison and determination. The dead zone 411 is a DC voltage band including the DC voltage command value of at least any of the AC/DC converters 11 operated by a DC voltage control, and when the result of the comparison and determination by the comparison/determination unit 41a shows that the DC voltage deviates from the dead zone 411, the control unit 41b DC-voltage-controls the storage battery 31.
