Abstract:
A storage battery control device (100) comprises: a frequency acquiring unit (102); a state-of-charge detection unit (101); a charging/discharging amount setting unit (104) for setting, in accordance with the acquired frequency, a charging amount or a discharging amount to be charged to or discharged from a storage battery in order to make a system frequency closer to a reference frequency; a gain adjustment unit (103) for adjusting the charging amount or the discharging amount according to a frequency and a state-of-charge; and a charging/discharging control unit (105) for charging and discharging the storage battery. When the detected state-of-charge is smaller than the lower limit value of an appropriate range and when the acquired frequency is included in a first dead zone ranging from a first frequency smaller than the reference frequency to the reference frequency, the gain adjustment unit (103) performs an adjustment so that the charging amount is reduced to a predetermined percentage. When the detected frequency is larger than the upper limit value of the appropriate range and when the acquired frequency is included in a second dead zone ranging from a second frequency larger than the reference frequency to the reference frequency, the gain adjustment unit (103) performs an adjustment so that the discharge amount is reduced to a predetermined percentage.
