Abstract:
To meet the demand for stable and accurate estimation of a battery state such as remaining capacity or capacity, this storage battery state estimation device (100) is provided with a current detection unit (102) for detecting the charge/discharge current of the storage battery (101) as a detected current, a voltage detection unit (103) for detecting the terminal voltage of the battery (101) as a detected voltage, an OCV-estimation-method SOC estimation unit (104) for calculating an OCV-estimation-method charge rate on the basis of the detected current and detected voltage, a current-integration-method parameter estimation unit (105) for estimating current-integration-method parameters including a capacity retention rate on the basis of the detected current and OCV-estimation-method charge rate, and a corrected SOC estimation unit (106) for calculating an estimated charge rate on the basis of the detected current, the OCV-estimation-method charge rate, and the current-integration-method parameters, and the storage battery state estimation device (100) estimates the charge rate of the storage battery to be the estimated charge rate.
