Abstract:

A storage cell device according to an embodiment has a casing, a plurality of storage cells, a first fan, a second fan, a temperature detection unit, and a control unit. The operation mode of the first fan can be switched between an air-intake operation for introducing air into the casing through a first hole in the casing and an air-discharge operation for discharging air from the casing through a second hole in the casing. The operation mode of the second fan can be switched between an air-intake operation for introducing air into the casing through the second hole in the casing and an air-discharge operation of discharging air from the casing through the second hole in the casing. The temperature detection unit detects the temperature of the plurality of storage cells at a plurality of sites. The control unit switches the operation mode of the first fan and the operation mode of the second fan on the basis of the temperature distribution detected by the temperature detection unit.
