Abstract:
Voltage sensors (CT1, CT2, CT3) detect voltage in a primary-side electric circuit (22) for a protection device (16) in a distribution board (11) to which commercial AC power is input, and also in secondary-side electric circuits (23, 24) for the protection device (16) having branched breakers (21) connected thereto. The storage cell system enables power to be supplied from a storage cell (13) to the distribution board (11) side. A control unit (33) supplies power from the storage cell (13) to the distribution board (11) side only when a voltage is not detected in the primary-side electric circuit (22) for the protection device (16), on the basis of the voltage detection by the voltage sensors (CT1, CT2, CT3).
