Abstract:
A storage condition information production device (50) wherein a model storage unit (73) stores a reference model created from time-series data of a freshness index of perishable items stored in a storage container. An information production unit (65) of the production device (50) produces storage condition information on the basis of the reference model (55). The storage condition information is information pertaining to a condition for storing a perishable item in the storage container while preserving freshness. An output unit (83) of the production device (50) outputs the storage condition information produced by the information production unit (65).
