Abstract:
[Problem] To improve user-friendliness for a user when retrieving an article which was deposited in a storage container, and to make it possible to ensure that there is a high level of security for identity authentication. [Solution] A management server 2: obtains a face image for registration by imaging the face of a user via a security locker 1 (registration device) when registering a user; issues a two-dimensional code to be delivered to the user, obtains a face image for authentication by capturing the face of the user and a two-dimensional code which is presented by the user, via the security locker (authentication device), when belongings are retrieved; performs, as identity authentication, a face collation for comparing the face image for registration and the face image for authentication with one another and/or performs a code collation for comparing the two-dimensional code delivered to the user and the two-dimensional code presented by the user with one another; and on the basis of the collation results, determines whether or not the security locker may be unlocked.
