Abstract:
The invention relates to a storage device (40) for storing a plurality of RFID transponder devices (20) that each comprise an RFID transponder (21). The storage device (40) comprises a housing (41) made from plastic, wherein the outwardly oriented surfaces of the housing (41) are provided with a metal coating (50), and/or the plastic of the housing (50) comprises a multiplicity of metal particles (51), and/or a metal film (52) is incorporated into the plastic of the housing (41) in order to at least partly shield the RFID transponders (21) of the RFID transponder devices (20) stored in the storage device (40) from RFID signals and to prevent these RFID transponders (21) from being read. The invention also relates to a household refrigerator (1) that comprises such a storage device (40).
