A storage device (100) and a refrigerator with the storage device (100). The storage device (100) comprises a main body (11), an adjustment assembly (14), as well as a first separation frame (132) and a second separation frame (131); the first separation frame (132) is connected onto a pair of sidewalls (11b); the second separation frame (131) is rotatably connected onto the first separation frame (132) by means of the adjustment assembly (14); the adjustment assembly (14) comprises a first adjustment mechanism (142a, 142b) fitted to the first separation frame (132) and formed with a first concave-convex curved surface (431a) thereon, and a second adjustment mechanism (141a, 141b) fitted to the second separation frame (131) and formed with a second concave-convex curved surface (423a) thereon; when the first and second adjustment mechanisms (141, 142) rotate with respect to each other, the first and second concave-convex curved surfaces (431a, 423a) abut with each other, so that the first and second adjustment mechanisms (141, 142) reciprocate along a vertical direction.
