A storage device with built-in independent data, composed of hardware and software. The software comprises a bottom layer system, a permission control layer, an application layer and a front-end UI. The permission control layer comprises a display layer, a service layer, a data layer and a network layer. The application layer provides a mid-end service for the system and is used for connecting the system of the software to a system unit, so as to access the system of the software. The system comprises a private Sync, a background process service, a perception service and an authentication service. An interface matched with a built-in interface on the system unit mainboard is provided on the storage device. A power supply module is provided at the tail of the storage device. A microswitch is further provided on the storage device. The present storage device with the built-in independent data can achieve data security, integrated power supply and centralized storage at the same time, has an integrated structure, and can be placed in the system unit to be connected to the mainboard.
