Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a storage device with multiple storage crystal grains and an identification method therefor. The present disclosure uses different suppliers. With regard to a dynamic random access memory of the same wafer factory crystal grain, the crystal grain thereof has the same material removal rate, but the memory timing is not the same, and the memory crystal grain can be directly identified by a central processor. During the manufacturing process, capital costs are saved on and procurement is facilitated, and the application is wide, and the maintenance costs are simplified.
