Provided is an information processing terminal that executes, as a messaging service, the following: a step for receiving, from another information processing terminal that transmits/receives content to/from the aforementioned information processing terminal, an authentication request from a user operating the aforementioned information processing terminal; a step for restricting prescribed functions of the aforementioned information processing terminal; and a step for lifting restrictions on the prescribed functions if it is determined that restrictions on the prescribed functions are to be lifted on the basis of restriction-lifting information received from the user.
