Abstract:
Provided is a storage pallet (P, P') comprising, in order to store an assembly
target and parts to be assembled with the assembly target together, a first storage
unit (11, 210) for storing the storage target (W0), and a second storage unit (21,
22, 23, 220, 230, 240) arrayed vertically below the first storage unit. Further
provided is an automatic assembling apparatus comprising a conveying mechanism
(120) for conveying the storage pallet (P, P'), a holding mechanism (130),
a transfer assembly unit (150), etc..As a result, the area required for conveying
or handling the assembly target and the parts can be reduced to spare the area for
installing the facilities. Moreover, the treatments of fractions, which can
occur in the case of conveyances and handling in different pallets, can be eliminated
to prevent the assembly of parts from being forgotten and to improve the working
efficiency, so that the products can be completed in the optimum production plan.
